This two-day event, in partnership with Chef Academy Italy, will feature an Inter-school Cooking Contest, a cooking demo and a Wine and Dine Gala. Venue Partners and Sponsors include Technolux, Belmont Hotels and Resorts, Charmant Ingredients, Italfood Distribution Inc. and Mighty Corporation. We also have ANC, Art + Magazine and Hospitality News Philippines as our Media Partners.

The aim of this Cook-in-Tour event is to promote European kitchen equipment and accessory brands as well as professional development in culinary arts thus promoting European Professional Education Services through a Cooking Competition among local schools and universities and invitees from the Food and Beverage industry such as but not limited to suppliers of kitchen equipment, kitchenware and food suppliers.

To end this wonderful event, the Chamber is also organizing the Wine and Dine Gala on February 11 in Belmont Hotel Manila from 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM. An exciting buffet of gastronomic specialties prepared by our European Star Chefs paired with Exclusive Wines awaits all of our guests. Not only that, we will also have a Jura Single Malt after-party at the Rooftop where a Jura Bar courtesy of Emperador Distillers Inc, also one of our sponsor, will be serving glasses of Jura Single Malt whiskey. There’s also unlimited cocktails at PHP 500 from 10 PM to 2 AM where guests can choose from following unlimited cocktail drinks: Cuba Libre, Singapore Sling, Mimosa, and Whisky Sour. Pouring Brands include Ginebra Premium, Tanduay Superior, Andy Player, Emperador Brandy, Jose Cuervo and Skyy Vodka.
